Swallow Duathlon Results 24th April

It was a great turn-out for the inaugural Swallow duathlon yesterday evening.

Starting with “just” a 1.25 mile out and back run, the bike leg took on the notorious Wolds Vets’ “Tough Ten” route. Gary T’s safety briefing set the tone with the words “steep hill” coming far too frequently. We finished with the same 1.25 run, and the last hill seemed to have got steeper somehow.

Overall feedback was very positive, at least from those who had the breath left to comment.
