ROOKIE ROMPS HOME

Well done to rookie Andy Ely who took the honours last Thursday evening with a strong run to post the fastest time overall.  Congratulations must also go to first timer Jo Farmery who posted a respectable time on her first ever duathlon. Pete Goy remains in emphatic cycling form with a sub 29 minute time for the 10 + mile loop.  Good to see some old timers back with Dave Reed and Alan Cook battling it out.

The last Duathlon is on Thursday 12th September-6.30pm start and it is likely that the ‘Croxby Crippler’ is on the cards to top the season off in ‘excruciating’ style. More details to follow next week.

Best wishes
